Welcome to Riverside Rentals
For the comfort and pleasure of all our campers, please observe the following guides:
> Housekeeping Trailer Occupant Policy: Housekeeping Trailers sleep 4 - 6. Rates are based on 6 maximum – Another unit/lot must be rented for additional people over the maximum. Child Tent allowed on occupants’ lot for children within the rented unit - no additional occupants beyond maximum (6).
> Check Out Time: (For non-seasonal campers). In order to be fair to campers waiting to check in, the 2PM check out time must be observed. If you intend to stay, please re-register before 2PM; however, if already booked, we will not be able to accommodate you.
> Visitors: Please ask your Visitors to park in the designated Visitor Parking Area. Your visitors are your responsibility; please make sure they are familiar with your Park Guide. Visitors to your camp site who wish to use the pool must pay a user fee of $2 per person, per day. (Pool not for public use). We ask that Visitors leave by 11pm.
> Pets: Pets are welcome under your responsibility. All Pets On Leash! (If we eventually get overrun with pets, we may not allow pets at all).
> Responsibility: The owners of the park assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause. Children must be supervised for safety by their parent/guardian. The lots must be kept neat and tidy. Personal items on your lot must be neatly stored, and garbage must not be left to accumulate. Garbage can be deposited in the large garbage bin by the barn. There is a garbage can at each site and by the Pool; One Recycle Bins by the Pop Machine.
> Campfires: > The pile of slab wood in front of the roofed wood shed is for campers' use. Please keep your campfire at a reasonable burning level...keep the flame low and contained within the rim...we do not want roaring flames shooting high and wide out of the pit. Campfires could be banned during dry spells.
> Quiet Please: Please do not intrude upon, or disturb the enjoyment or rest of your fellow campers. Campers are asked to be reasonably quiet in the early morning and after 11PM. Loud radios and televisions are prohibited at all times. The Beach Area is set up with a fire pit for those who wish to enjoy singsong and fun in the night hours after 11PM, this will accommodate the "night hawks", as well as those who wish to enjoy the 11PM quiet time. (This, however, still does not allow for unruly noisy behaviour on the beach). Please do not unnecessarily start up your vehicle after 11PM, unless an emergency arises that you have to leave. We ask that Visitors leave by 11pm.
> Pool: Pool opens at 10AM everyday but it will be the responsibility of the parent/ guardian to put the safety ladder down for their charge. Management won't put the ladder down at the 10AM opening due to the danger of small children wandering in unnoticed. Ladder will be put up at 8PM closing if pool not in use, but can remain open beyond 8pm under parent/guardian supervision, but MUST be closed by parent/guardian after 8pm use. The pool is unsupervised and all children must be accompanied / supervised by an adult/guardian. The owners of the Park assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause. PLEASE: NO SHARP, POINTY OBJECTS IN THE POOL. Due to the shallow water, to prevent injury, please do not dive in the pool. NO PETS, (dogs, etc.) IN THE POOL.
> Canoes: Use of the canoes is at your own risk. Children must either have their parent/ guardian consent or be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Life jackets are available. The owners of the Park assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.
> Care of Sewer Line: The sewer line runs all along the perimeter of the park and ALL hook-ups use the ONE sewer line. Please make sure nothing goes down your flush that would obstruct the sewer line, (i.e., anything hard or long/wide or bulky and non biodegradable). Carelessness will run the risk of putting ALL HOOK-UPS without a sewer. Rule of Thumb to go by: "PeePee, PoohPooh and toilet paper only...Anything else will cause major indigestion", (i.e., no sanitary napkins or Paper Towels). THANK YOU!
> LOFT – User Policy: FOOD not to be left behind. GARGABE to be placed in garbage can provided. TV/VCR to be turned off after use. BOOKS/VIDEOS to be placed back on shelves when done. FURNITURE to be respected, not thrown or broken. GENERAL NEATNESS, pick up garbage off floor; don’t leave your personal possessions behind, i.e., toys, clothing/towels, dishes.
